A. Class signups. We will be implemented for Friday’s, 8:30/9:45a and for Saturday’s 8a/9:15a. This is to keep classs manageable, while following guidelines and also creating better environments for each class.

15 bar lateral burpees

12 front squats 135/93

9 clean and jerks

*weight for workout specific to person. Whiteboard session to discuss weights, intent and timing.
