CFF Kids/Teens Rates:
CrossFit Kids 2 classes per week (ages 7-11)
*Each 45-minute session — geared toward children ages 7 to 11 — is a scaled down version of the CrossFit regimen and includes a guided warm-up, circuit-style workouts, and game-play designed to boost motivation and increase agility in your wee ones. Your son or daughter will learn the philosophy behind this unique conditioning system and supportive fitness atmosphere — as well as an appreciation for his or her newfound strength.
