Exercise and fitness has always been important to me. I started working out Crossfit Free in 2012. Before joining, I worked out regularly and I ran 3 marathons. My kids were the first people in the family followed by my wife and I. We needed something for the kids to develop their coordination and we decided to give CrossFit Free a try. My wife and I tried out first class a month later and we were both hooked right away. From day one, I loved camaraderie and competition each class brings. I started coaching in 2021 as a way to work with a community and a sport that I truly love.
